Refund Policy

To request a return/refund for an item you received, you must contact Gypsy Road Creations within five days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt of your order. We do not offer returns on washed items. Any returns must be in saleable condition and in original, unopened packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless you have received a damaged or wrong product. Should you receive a damaged product, please contact customer service at (931) 801-5807 or email GypsyRoadCreations@myyahoo.com. You will need a Return Merchandise Number (RMN)  before returning any products. Returns without an RMN will not be accepted. Please contact us to request an RMN. After you receive an RMN, your returns must be received within 14 days.
